The Film that go’s by the name Yamada: The Samurai of Ayothaya finally is going to release in the states under the name Muay Thai Warrior. Thanks to Well Go USA we will see the film that released in 2010 in Thailand.

The Film Stars names you most likely never heard of before – Seigi Ozeki, Kanokkorn Jaicheun, Sorapong Chatree, Winai Kraibutr and directed by Nopporn Watin.
The Movie will Release on Both DVD and Blu-Ray  March 5th 2013

I Have been looking to see this film  since 2009 when I heard about the film being made. The trailer looks good but it gets mixed reviews  on IMBD getting a 6 out of 10. I wont let that effect the movie when I do see it as I feel from the trailer it could be a good film. The movie is like a mix of Tony Jaa and a Samurai Film.  What do you think?

Plot: Based on a true historic figure during Ayothaya Era, the film depicts the life of Yamada Nagamasa, a Japanese adventurer who gained considerable influence in Thailand and became the governor of Nakhon Si Thammarat province in southern Thailand
