The Sound Quality is pretty good in this film. The bass during gun shots and slams and what not are pretty deep and rumble the house. Dialogue is clear and sharp.

My Thoughts

Killers is a Psychological Thriller that’s like Takashi Miike, Hannibal Lecter and part Natural Born killers rolled into one that was produced by the guys who produced Raid.

The film is real gritty with tons of gore, death and at times you can somewhat feel the pain the victim is going through which makes you cringe your teeth some. The film making it self was also pretty good with flash backs and flash forwards that get pretty twisted layered by the score of the film makes it pretty crazy.

Yes the Movie is some what long with a run time of 138 minutes but at the end you don’t feel like it’s wasted. Frankly I’m a little depressed but not in a bad way. It’s the films fault as its dark, creepy, and filled with death from a psycho who films his kills and posts them online to share his work. In return he gains a follower who starts to do the same and in time there paths cross.

Overall the film was a good watch and feel that anyone who likes these types of films should definitely pick this up. Now the film isn’t a 5 star film but for me it’s not that far off. With a few tweaks to the story add a twist and make the scenes where your supposed to feel sorry better, (As I didn’t feel that feeling that much but knew its a scene that was supposed to hit the heart) it would have been a 5 star film.

With that said I give Killers a 4.5 out of 5. Pick it up if you like gore, twisted killers, good-looking film making and acting.

Note: I Know my speakers are way outdated. OPPO Blu-Ray Player is one of the best around and used in most home theaters. The Receiver is pretty good but on the line of out dated. Subwoofer is good with tons of bass but not the theater quality from a $400 Sub. Front speakers are fun with tons of power and are good for standalone’s but higher end sound (Hz) is lower quality. Overall I need to update on all speakers granted I do get decent sound out of them just the higher end falls short.
