Hello Reader! I have a trailer for you and its for A remake that go’s by the film name OldBoy. Originally created in Korea and then remade here in the US by Spike Lee.
OldBoy stars Samuel L. Jackson, Elizabeth Olsen, Josh Brolin ,Michael Imperioli and is set to beat us with a hammer on October 25 2013.
My Take: OldBoy is a great film, That is the Original by the way that stars Choi Min-Sik and has some crazy hammer hitting scenes and crazy twists. Now I am against the remake of a great film but some times it works out like The Departed. From the looks of the trailer the film looks like it will just be and OK film not good but maybe not bad. From the trailer you can how close the plot runs along side the Original and also see where it changes some.
I wont see this on the big screen and depending on reviews I might or might not buy the film. I feel those who haven’t seen The Original will like it more than those who have seen the 2003 version.
