Overall the sound was a 4 to my hears with the dialog, car crashes and gun fire seemed to be good but could use some more thump.
Rating:
Video
Disc Format: Blu-Ray
The Picture Quality looks good but could be better. Details are sharp the color pops and blacks are deep. Some scenes seem like the PQ changes whether it from post processing I’m not sure. Over it looks great though

My Thoughts |
Confessions of Murder is a Mystery thriller that has a few twists with some I knew had to come but didn’t know which way it would turn. The film over all was a great watch and well acted with a good few car crashes and gun fire come along and the camera work seems great.
The Good – Good Acting, tons of turns and Twists, an emotional roller coaster filled with all the emotions, also Dark and gritty.
The Bad – Thought it would be MORE dark, the whole idea of no one arresting the guy after writing a book about killing and becoming famous over it was weird to me. Some of the action scenes were fake looking at the point where it was looking good but then a part jumps out and you can tell its green screen.
Over all I liked the film but feel it runs to long at 2 hours. I loved the twists and turns and the actors and the good out weights the bad for me. I think most will enjoy this film as it’s some what dark with that thriller vibe you get with Korean film.
I have gone back and forth on what to rate this and at the time of watching the film and getting to the end I have to give this a rating of 3.5 out of 5. I was looking at a higher rating but The whole getting away with murder, the time limit on when you can arrest some one, and gaining tons of fans for writing a book about killing kind of bothers me, But some of those things end up being a plot twist so it kind of redeems itself. I don’t want to give too much away.
Check it out.
