About:

WHEN HIS MIND BLOWS, ANYTHING GOES!

A blood-soaked love letter to the splatter films of the 80s, video rental favourite Evil Ed returns in a brand-new Special EDition featuring an extended cut of the feature and hours of stomach-churning bonus features!

Mild-mannered film technician Edward enjoys his job. That is, until he finds himself transferred from his regular post to the Splatter and Gore department , where he s forced to edit hours upon hours of grisly video nasty footage. Traumatized by the onscreen violence, Ed starts to lose his grip on reality with ghastly (and bloody) consequences…

Owing a debt to films such as The Evil Dead, Re-animator and the early splatter classics of Peter Jackson, Evil Ed is a veritable smorgasbord of flying limbs, exploding heads, busty babes and creepy creatures!

My Review:

Evil ED is a Horror film about a Guy who slowly losses his mind editing Senseless Slasher horror films filled with nudity and gore. ED was asked to move into to another company to help cut This horror franchises that has like 8 films in its collection. The films deal with tons of gore, nudity and lots of limbs getting cut off. ED is a guy who does not like that kind of stuff but he his sent to a house since the editing bay was destroyed by the last guy after he blew himself up. Slowly ED starts seeing things and then he snaps. Turning into a guy who needs to rid all the bad things in life by killing. ED turns into a super killer terminator type to edit the world of evil.

The story is OK and at times can get a little goofy but the film does have decent gore and some nudity at time. The acting is Just OK and the acting is pretty bad on the Films he is editing. I did enjoy the film to a point and I do see those who love B Horror with Gore that also gets a little loopy at times with mediocre acting.

Overall the film was OK not Bad but not 5 stars. It’s a pretty bad film if you don’t like films like this but for those who do will enjoy this one to a point and or even more than me. I Did like the gore and the whole aspect of this guy who is editing and cutting out bad stuff in this slasher franchise who then slowly looses his mind. At one point we see him editing, we see the full scene and then his edited scene which I can say will make that movie unwatchable with all his edits.

I Would give this film a 3 out of 5 as it does bring entertainment for me. I Say if you love b grad horror with Gore, an OK story, OK Acting, and at times will get weird then you should give this a shot.
